By accessing, registering for, or using the Webook platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Devv Technology ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree entirely with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
1ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Webook is a comprehensive cloud-based booking and client management platform designed specifically for service-based businesses. The platform provides an integrated web-based interface allowing users to manage appointment schedules, maintain customer records, track income, and streamline general business operations.
3USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
To access and utilize Webook's core functionalities, users must register and create an account. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Webook operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to our Billing & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Paystack, and you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
5LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Devv Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
6GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
