Billing & Refund Policy

1FREE TRIAL PERIOD

New users are provided with a 30-day free trial to evaluate WeBook. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. No credit card is required to start a trial.

2BILLING CYCLES

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) starting from the day you first subscribe. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3REFUND POLICY

We strictly do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been successfully processed. Because we provide a generous free trial upfront, we expect users to have fully evaluated the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Exceptions may be made in cases of technical double-billing or documented system errors, at our sole discretion.

4CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

5PAYMENT SECURITY

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Devv Technology does not store your full card details on our servers.
