Getting Started

How do I set up my profile?

After signing up, complete the 5-step onboarding wizard. You will add your business name, services, availability, and preferences. Your booking page goes live immediately after completing the wizard.

How do I add my services?

Go to Settings → Services. Click Add Service and fill in the name, price, and duration. Clients will see these options when they visit your booking page.

How do I set my availability?

Go to Settings → Availability. Toggle on the days you work and set your opening and closing times. You can also block out specific dates for holidays or days off.

How do I share my booking link?

Your booking link is shown on your dashboard homepage. Click Copy Link to copy it to your clipboard, then share it via WhatsApp, Instagram bio, or anywhere you communicate with clients.

Managing Bookings

How do I view my upcoming bookings?

Your dashboard homepage shows your upcoming bookings for today. Go to the Bookings page to see all bookings with filtering by date and status.

How do I reschedule a booking?

On the Bookings page, find the booking and click the action menu. Select Reschedule, choose a new date and time, and confirm. The client will receive an email with the updated details automatically.

How do I cancel a booking?

On the Bookings page, click the action menu on the booking and select Cancel. The client receives a cancellation email automatically. The time slot opens up immediately for new bookings.

How do I mark a booking as complete?

On the Bookings page, click the action menu and select Mark Complete. This records the booking as done and triggers a rating request email to the client automatically.

Client Management

How are clients added to my system?

Clients are added automatically when they book through your public booking page. You can also add clients manually from the Clients page using the Add Client button.

What does VIP status mean?

WeBook automatically tags clients as VIP when they have booked 5 or more times or spent R1,000 or more with your business. VIP clients are highlighted so you always know who your most loyal customers are.

How do client ratings work?

When you mark a booking as complete, the client receives an email with a link to leave a star rating. Ratings are verified — only real clients with real bookings can rate your business. Your average rating appears on your WeLink Explore listing once you have 3 or more reviews.

Billing and Plans

What does each plan include?

Solo Standard (R100/month) includes bookings, client management, income tracking, and reminders. Solo Premium (R149/month) adds WeLink featured placement, booking policies, and CSV exports. Solo Pro (R199/month) adds advanced insights, birthday campaigns, self-reschedule, and deposit tracking.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing. Click Upgrade on the plan you want. You will see the Paystack payment modal. Complete the payment and your new plan activates immediately.

What happens when my trial ends?

You will receive reminder emails at 7 days and 2 days before your trial ends. After your trial, your dashboard will be locked until you subscribe. Your data is safe and will not be deleted — you just need to activate a subscription to continue using WeBook.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains safe for 30 days after cancellation.

FAQ

Can clients cancel their own booking?

Currently clients contact you directly to cancel or reschedule. Solo Pro users can enable client self-reschedule from Settings → Growth, which gives clients a secure link to reschedule within your cancellation policy window.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase's enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database with row-level security. Your client data is never shared with third parties.

How do automated reminders work?

WeBook automatically sends your clients a reminder email 24 hours before their appointment. No action is needed from you. You can disable reminders from Settings → Preferences.

What currency does WeBook use?

WeBook is currently set up for South African Rand (ZAR). All prices are displayed in Rand.

How do I contact support?
